In the Part selection, select the desired directory.

Under Search in, select the option Current directory. The one selected in the Part selection is displayed.

In the input field of Full-text search, enter the wildcard symbol (*).

Click on Start search.

-> All found parts are displayed on the tabbed page Search results.

Click on the button Save search results in a file.

-> The corresponding dialog box is opened.

Specify the File path for the CSV file, Separator and optionally a Sign of text identification.

Note As Separator, better choose semicolon, as comma is sometimes used in descriptions.

Optionally, enable Only save the selected search results.

Note Before you must have selected the desired ones with pressed Ctrl key.

At the desired variables, enable the checkboxes.

Note If you want to write ERP numbers and table variables in addition, do not search for "parts and part families", but only for "parts".

Confirm with OK.

-> The desired datasets are saved.
