You are a "quick clicker"? Then you possibly have not yet noticed the detailed tooltips on some functions. (The mouse cursor has to be over the respective functions about 2 seconds.)

For Full-text search the call is not over the list field, but over the two icons in front of it, otherwise over Search in, Search for and the different search methods.
